Streets of Gotham: Chun Li / Catwoman

This is from my personal mashup project series: «Streets of Gotham» - where I combine a character from the Street Fighter game with one from the Batman universe (Chun Li / Catwomen).

This was one of my first characters that I sketched and like you can tell from the process, I was never really happy with the sketches. Finally I found a nice pose and a matching design that fits to both of the characters.

I started this series when I found myself in a creative hole. I thought about my childhood, when I never experienced creative lows and didn’t care what i am going to create or how good it will be. With this spirit in mind i wanted to create a mashup project with the pop culture of my youth. Hope you guys like it?
